For Flowers, Cakes,Sweets and chocolates bananastuff offers a no-questions asked return guarantee. If you are not happy with the
product delivered or with the service , you can ask us to refund your money or to redeliver the product - the option is yours.
No Return or Redelivery can be made in the case of Gift cheques,Party Cheques, Shopping Cheques etc., Where we are purely playing a intermediatery role.
We have been very careful in choosing the out lets / Hotels where the recipients go out for shopping / dining to ensure a happy experience
Incase of all other products no return or redelivery is possible. If the product is governed by Guarantee / Warranty extended by the manufacturer, the recipient is expected to avail such
facility / provision by directly contacting the service provider. BananaSTUFF will not be responsible for the repair / replacement of such products.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account

Currently bananastuff.com delivers its products only with in the country of India that too only to the locations specified in the delivery info page. All perishable products like cakes and flowers are hand delivered by own delivery staff and all other non perishable products may be delivered by professional courrier companies.
Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Banana Tech Services is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
