dear ones after a while to suit a particular ocassion. Since most of the product pages are generated dynamically on the fly
it is quite possible that you may not reach the product at the same page again. The Gift Register will come to your rescure here
when ever you like a product and do not want to buy it immediately just add the product to you gift register, come back to your
gift register when you are ready to buy the product add it to the cart directly from there. You can also use the gift register to
store your favourites or make your own picks section
Reminder Service
How Often does a special ocassion, birthday, anniversary, wedding or holiday
arrive too quickly to show the thoughtfulness you wish to express? With our
Gifit Reminder service, you will never be too late to send a gift that says
"I"m thinking about you today. Simply register the important dates and those you
wish to remember, and we will do the rest. An email will arrive in plenty of
time to select a special remembrance. If you wish we will even do our best to
suggest the right gift for that special someone. Take a few moments to complete
the form and then rest assured you will never miss an important occasion again!!
Order History
This feature will be your record of what are the products you purchased online from us online and where those items were shipped.
This information will be useful in calculating the reward points which we will be introducing soon. You can also obtain this information
by contacting our customer care divsion by email at customers@bananastuff.com.
Update Account
While registering at bananastuff all the information you need to enter compulsorily is your name and email ID. Other details like
your address, telephone nos, Fax nos, City, State and Country details are optional. If you have left some of these details blank
while registering or intend to change them after a while, you can do so by using the update profile feature.

Custom Gifts
BananaSTUFF now offers thousand of products for your gifting needs. Perhaps one of the largest collection available in any of the online
gift shoppes in India. Still we may not have the product which you intend to gift to your loved ones back home. To address this problem we have
included a separate section called Custom Gifts where in you will specify the desired product details and the preferred price range. We will make
an enquiry about the product and give you an offer. This way there is literally no product that is not available at bananastuff.

to select the right gift for the right person and for the right ocassion. Here you will find various tips and tools useful to find the right gift

Address Book
This feature lets you store the addresses of your gift recipients so you don't have to retype addresses when you purchase gifts online.
When you enter the the recipient's address details in the order information form the details are automatically captured and stored in your address book.
Next time you order for the same recipient you need not enter all the details all over again just select the recipients name from the drop down menu
in the order / shipping info form and the details are automatically populated in to the order information. As of now you can not access your address book
independently to store addresses, We will be making the address book independent soon.
Order Tracking
This feature is useful for you to know the status of your order. Ofcourse we will be sending you an email cofirming the delivery. Should you feel necessary
to know the status before we reach you with the information you can check the status of your order using the order status feature. Please allow 24 Hours for
the information to be available
